House committee moves Cash for Clunkers forward

The Committee on Energy and Commerce in the U.S. House of Representatives reached an agreement today to move Cash for Clunkers legislation forward.  The Texas Independent Automotive Association opposes any legislation designed to scrap cars that are repairable.
