Texas Independent Automotive Association is more hip now that it has a new presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Collision Hub. These social and professional networking web sites provide additional avenues for the public and TIAA members to get important updates and to share ideas.
“Our members and the public will continue to get up-to-date information from our official web site – www.tiaa.net – but these popular web sites help us reach larger audiences than ever before,” said Lee Roberts, TIAA executive director. “These sites will also help us to brand our name, get public interest in finding TIAA shops on our website, and to educate automotive and collision repair shop owners on the importance of joining our association.”
Roberts said each of these web sites has its own unique advantages for businesses wanting to increase business by communicating with the public, and it helps TIAA with communicating with the public and with automotive related businesses. He stressed that it’s very easy to follow TIAA on these sites.
